Larger properties may require custom pricing, since bigger spaces take more time and expertise to capture.
All prices are for single-property residential listings. Multi-unit buildings, commercial properties, and new construction are priced by custom quote depending on scope.
Travel is included within 30 miles of Downtown Brooklyn. Beyond that, a modest travel fee applies and is confirmed before booking.

Re-shoots.
If the shoot did not capture something you needed and the mistake is on our side, we come back at no charge.
Photo edits.
Small requests are usually simple. Larger edits, clear-room work, and specialty changes follow the add-on pricing above.
Delivery formatting.
Photos are delivered in the formats MLS platforms require. If you use a system we have not shot for, tell us and we will match it.
HOW PAYMENT WORKS
50% deposit at booking. Balance at delivery.
After we review your request and confirm availability and final pricing, a 50% deposit reserves the appointment. The balance is invoiced when files are delivered, payable within seven days. We accept card, ACH, and Zelle.
